I am trying to find an “arts & crafts” home on the eastside of Cleveland, preferably with a 1st floor master. Any ideas. Thanks for your help. Dave Bebout

To David B: This editor is in Gloucester, Mass., and not familiar with Cleveland neighborhoods. Local real-estate agents should be familiar with Arts and Crafts houses; with them or when browsing online, the buzzwords to use are “early suburbs,” “bungalows,” “Foursquares” or “box houses,” and “Prairie style”; tell agents you want to look in neighborhoods built between 1900 and 1929. Most true bungalows have the master bedroom on the first floor. Good luck! –Patricia Poore
